TAG One BSS Full Stack Transformation

Planned end date of the project: February 2020
Aim of the project:
Digital transformation of 4 TAG (Telekom Austria Group) mobile operators in the Balkans region into the new Ericsson BSS/OSS integrated solutions.
Currently the project includes the TAG entities in Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia and Macedonia. First Phase will start with VIP Mobile Serbia and SI Mobil Slovenia. Second phase will continue with VIP Croatia and VIP Macedonia.
The goal of the project is basically to transform and migrate all existing businesses and the legacy systems of the mentioned Telecom Operators into Ericsson CBIO17 full stack solution. Full stack solution will include BSCS, CS(Charging System), TCRM(Telco CRM), EOC(Ericsson Order Care) and Hybris (SAP product)
